Breakfast, lunch or dinner? One of the most asked questions throughout the whole world. My thoughts on this question is, I think Lunch is the best out of all 3. You can have a variety of food during the lunch period whether that be eggs, bacon, coffee etc. All these are known to be breakfast food. But it’s extremely normal to have these during lunch as well. According to
“TheDailyMeal.com”. More than 53% of Americans skip breakfast at least once a week and 12 percent never have breakfast. I think Dinner can come in at a close second. The time of day during lunch is better than dinner in my opinion but also dinner food is similar to Lunch food. According to StudyFinds.org. 65% of respondents say that breakfast foods taste better for dinner. (2005 adults surveyed). I had conducted my own Poll in the wheeling high school area. I surveyed 50 people. The
results came as, 11 preferred Breakfast over lunch and dinner, 22 preferred lunch over breakfast and dinner and 17 people preferred dinner over Breakfast and lunch. Overall I think that a lot of people’s last thing they’d do is eat in the morning. A lot of people wake up later in the day like 10-12 so they just go straight to lunch so it makes sense that Breakfast has a low score. 22% preferred Breakfast, 44% preferred Lunch and 34% preferred Dinner. Concluding this debate, everyone is different so these surveys shouldn’t dictate whether you prefer one over the other or even to eat breakfast or not.
